Royal delft proud mary flower peacock

These beautiful statues are named after Mary II, the wife of William III and a great lover and collector of Delft Blue in the Golden Age. Royal Delft's  ( Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles ) Proud Mary collection arose from the desire to give the iconic Delft Blue, in production since 1653, a contemporary look and feel with a nod to the 17th century. Naturally, the name after one of the greatest collectors of the Golden Age is no coincidence. Her wish was to grow into a contemporary collector's item, a modern icon of Royal Delft's Delftware. These Proud Mary images belong to the silkscreen collection and are all 17 cm high. Each statue consists of 4 parts, the skirt, body, collar and head and if you have multiple statues you could also exchange parts. At the head is also a pin of porcelain that connects the whole.
